At Artful Stationery Co., we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, we offer refunds in accordance with the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We provide refunds only for certain products that are damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been damaged during shipping or handling.

  • The customer must provide photographic evidence of the damage.

  • The customer must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the damaged product.

  • The product must be among the categories eligible for returns and refunds.

2. Process for Requesting Refunds

To request a refund for a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@artfulstationeryco.com within 14 days of receiving the damaged product.

  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage, clearly showing the extent of the damage.

  • We will review your request and may request additional information if necessary.

  • If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original form of payment or issue store credit, at our discretion.

3. Exclusions

Please note the following exclusions to our refund policy:

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are not damaged upon arrival.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds will not be issued for products returned without prior authorization from our customer service team.

  • The product must be among the categories eligible for returns and refunds.
